Welcome to Pelli's Castleworks Hi, welcome to the website for Pelli’s CastleWorks. We make dog and cat collars, browbands and one-ears for horses, and items for people like bracelets, belts and necklaces from healing stones. These items are hand-made so each one is different, with a unique energy for help with healing emotional, spiritual or physical issues. The idea of working with stones for healing for animals came with our first Australian Shepherd Barby. She had joint and pain issues that came with her aging process. MaryAnn had success in healing back pain using stones so thought that this could happen for Barby, too. So a search was made for materials that would be as natural as possible to support conducting the energy of the stones. Brink ended up designing and making the clasps that are used because we could not find anything available that would work for us. We use cotton cord with large-holed stone beads for the base with small-holed stone chips and stone beads strung through the center on wire cable. The wire cable used is the largest we can use for the holes in the stones and is rated to 24 pounds. The clasps are hand-made and hand-soldered – we hire that out now because Brink could not keep up with the demand on his own – from copper wire. Our patient, darling animals have been our testers. The collars are strong enough to be the primary collars for rough and tough Aussies. The collars can be chewed through so should be worn under supervision when working with wrestlers or puppies that are still in the chewing phase. Our first two testers were Pelli and Oakley. They were both rescued Aussies. Pelli had mostly emotional healing to do, Oakley had both physical and emotional work. We tried for them whatever healing modality presented itself to us along the way. Both of them had soul retrieval work – two soul retrievals each actually. We used animal communicators, essential oils, energy practitioners, massage, chiropractic work, Bach Flowers, craniosacral therapy and the stones. All along the way, the stones seemed to support the other modalities. Oakley has passed now but Pelli is still with us. He is in such a peaceful, loving place. Both had several versions of collars – they would get a new one whenever it felt like they had outgrown the prior one. So each time they experienced a shift, they needed a different level of support. Their healing journeys were such gifts to us in that we got to experience first-hand their rebirths. They came to us grief-stricken, scared, and in Oakley’s case, physically broken, and became powerful, loving, confident beings who loved life. Now we have two youngsters who came to us as puppies – Zuhmm and Ocho (who is Oakley in a new body). It is so fun to work with the stones to help them grow strong physically and emotionally. Both of these guys loved stones from the beginning and always want to wear them. Our cats have grown to love working with stones. That took a while for Shadow. Malcolm was ok with the idea from the beginning and Jazz couldn’t wait to work with them. She loves stones – craves them actually. I learned from them that I have to have the vibration of their collars calibrated exactly – well, Jazz is less demanding that way than the other two – or they refuse to keep the collars on. I have found that there is an occasional feline that does not like the energy of stones in their field. In that case, I always honor that preference. We do not live with a horse but are blessed to have many as friends. They have helped us learn how to best support their needs with browbands and one-ears and fetishes which can be braided into manes or tails or hung in stalls. We also make large stone mobile-type sculptures for working with the energy of large spaces like barns and riding rings. Some horses seem to love stones across their heads – the larger the better. Others are more sensitive and prefer fetishes. And some do not like the stones on their bodies at all and prefer just to have them hanging near by. I have not met a horse yet that is not drawn to the energy in stones. | ![]() |
